Sales Manager

Job Description:
This position is a tremendous opportunity for someone with 2-3 years Internet marketing sales and/or business development experience. This position is meant for an aggressive sales professional who has no problem selling to executives in the highest levels of an organization. The successful candidate will be someone who understands this market and can talk intelligently about the benefits of Internet marketing activities, namely SEO, PPC, and the other services that MTN Marketing offers.
This job is aimed at a well-spoken, energetic person, who has a desire to get their foot in the door of a growing company. Responsibilities:
- Close sales!!!!
- Develop and lead comprehensive sales strategy
- Manage all aspects of the sales process
- Prospecting, qualifying, presenting, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and handling the contract.
- Aggressively pursue new business
- Create and implement sales forecast, budget, and plans for expansion; report on progress.
- Maintain close contact with current and new clients, always looking for upsell opportunities
- Communicate with internal team members on client campaigns; assist with campaign start-up activities and client communication
- Implement other industry best practice sales solutions to make sales process more efficient
Desired Qualifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related. MBA a plus.
- 4-7 years sales or business development experience
- 2-3 years sales experience in SEO, PPC or Internet Marketing
- Good understanding of Web Design/Development, SEO, PPC, and other interactive marketing services
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Strong closing ability! Must be able to gain client confidence, communicate the benefits of our services, and close the deal.
- Must be professional, motivated, and a team player
- Experience working with CRM systems; ability to make recommendations and implement a solution that fits the needs of our company
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languages desirable
- Excellent computer skills (Internet, MS Office)

Account Manager

Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Account Manager is to ensure client satisfaction on all respective campaign initiatives. The main goals of every client campaign are 1) To give the client outstanding customer service and 2) To show the client results. In the role of Account Manager you will ensure that client campaigns are kept on track, on budget, and that the technical performance of MTN Marketing resources is up to standard. You will also be responsible for day-to-day correspondence with your assigned client contact. The job of Account Manager is vital to the success of both client campaigns and MTN Marketing, Inc. This list of tasks may only represent a fraction of the duties expected of the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Create campaign specific SEO and marketing goals
- Communicate with client contacts, as-needed; prompt and courteous
- Prepare monthly reports for assigned clients; ensure reports are delivered on time
- Track and annotate progress of SEO and marketing campaigns
- Use analytics tools to track progress and results of initiatives
- Track relevant SEO factors (e.g. number of links, rankings, etc…)
- Determine ROI for clients
- Maintain strict budget controls for assigned clients; keep track of monthly spend
- Coordinate article creation, as needed, for client campaigns; launch articles via accepted methods
- Brainstorm marketing ideas for clients; implement those ideas (with approval)
- Maintain social media accounts for use when launching client articles
- Adjust client websites as-needed and with supervisor approval
Desired Qualifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related.
- 2-3 years Account Management experience – preferably in a technical environment.
- 1-2 years SEO experience – Technical SEO and Link Building
- Prefer 2-3 years project management experience

SEO Manager/Analyst

The SEO Manager position will be responsible for leading and managing all SEO related activities for all clients. This includes technical optimization, link building, content coordination, and other activities. This position is a tremendous opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of SEO experience.
This position is meant for an aggressive SEO journeyman who understands all facets of conducting an SEO campaign.
The successful candidate will be someone who can help take our clients rankings to the very top of the major search engines.
This job is aimed at an SEO analyst/technician who has a knack for organizing campaigns into logically spaced out events (i.e., project management). We are looking for someone who has a documented record of success managing SEO campaigns at all levels (enterprise level sites and smaller, static sites).
Responsibilities:
- Pick up where sales leaves off! Once a new client has been signed, the SEO Manager will be responsible for ensuring the campaign gets off the ground and stays on track through its life cycle.
- Coordinate with internal team members to accomplish SEO tasks
- Complete all aspects of technical SEO for new and existing clients
- Keyword research, competitive analysis, baseline reports, title/meta tag creation, content optimization, link building, etc…
- Utilize multiple tools to arrive at sound decisions on which way to take a client’s campaign.
- Utilize analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) as feedback for a client campaign.
- Implement SEO management best practices into company procedures to make entire process more efficient.
- Communicate with clients about specific technical details of their campaign

Web Developer/Designer
In House Position Only:
Job Description:
This is an in-house, full-time position. This position is for an experienced web designer (1-3 years) who also understands the basics of SEO and other online marketing strategies. This is not a position where you can hide in the corner and design sites all day. This position requires interaction with Account Managers, Company Owners/Execs, and Clients. The ideal candidate will have a very good working knowledge of website design and have the desire to apply those skills to both technical SEO implementation and to creating killer SEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Take lead on website design/development projects.
- Scope out both new web design and SEO projects. Be able to quickly and accurately estimate the amount of time and effort a new project will take.
- Create web design and SEO proposals using previous proposals as a guide.
- Manage web design projects from project scope to launch.
- Work independently and efficiently to finish design projects on-time and on-budget.
- Coordinate with internal team members on both web design projects and SEO campaigns.
- Implement technical SEO requirements into existing client websites.
- Analyze websites for critical SEO factors; report to internal team on those findings.
- Analyze search rankings for both existing and new clients. Implement strategies to improve search rankings.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure SEO, PPC, and other marketing efforts remain on-track and on-time.
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives (e.g., link building, social media marketing)
- Help prepare monthly reports for clients.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
- Occasional blog posting on company’s site about relevant topics.
- Work with management to identify new opportunities in the market and to develop new strategies for attaining new market share.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or comparable degree/experience
- 1-3 years web design/development/programming experience. Must have proof of prior work and good references.
- Expert with HTML, XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
- Proven experience with tableless site designs using CSS.
- Knowledge of Javascript, Flash, XML, PHP, MySQL
- Previous work with CMS platforms. Drupal experience is highly desirable!!!
- Desired experience with Joomla, ZenCart, osCommerce and other CMS/eCommerce solutions.
- Must understand cross-browser designing and issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc…)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation into websites.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics; interpret data and use to adjust SEO campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, blog marketing, PPC campaign management, and other online marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Must take initiative, work efficiently and work independently.
- Must be a team player and willing to work in multiple roles.
